Filipe da Mata is a very rich street with a wide variety of buildings. All the buildings are from different eras, and have different colors and languages, however, in the architectural language of this street, the type of building of Pombaline architecture predominates.

Based on this, it was considered that the most appropriate path for the language of the new building would be a harmonious composition based on the metrics of Pombaline architecture.
