Considering Corbusier’s Villa Radieuse and the Athens Charter, the project is defined by three buildings parallel to each other, suspended on pilotis, oriented towards the best sun exposure.

This allows for the creation of a large green leisure area, as well as good sanitary conditions for the apartments.
